Hi, I’m Mrs E Compton, the teacher in Class 1. 

In Class 1, we love to learn in fun ways, especially when we are investigating, trying things out, making things and linking our learning to play.

We use lots of natural resources and our awesome outside area to enhance our learning,  which we love!

Books and reading are really important to us, and we love nothing more than sharing stories and retelling them in our own ways.

We love to be busy and active! 

Most importantly, we all look out for each other, like a family. We try to make sure everyone is happy and enjoys school. 

Class One held a democratic vote and decided that our class name this year is the 'Fantastic Foxes'.  Below you will find an overview of what we are learning about. You can find more in-depth information in the Curriculum section of the website.
